Pilates with Rosie, Studio Fluid
IMPORTANT! Please bring your own matts and come in something comfortable as you wont be able to get changed in the building.
A two hour deep dive in to the full range of Pilates repertoire, this class is open to beginners who are up for a challenge, with modifications for all levels.
We will improve our balance and strengthen our body head to toe, focussing on key posture muscle groups.
We will mobilise our joints to feel more fluid, with hip openers, shoulder openers and leg lengtheners.
The second half of the class will be a stretch and relaxation session to unwind tension in our necks and lower backs, we will restore our bodies with calming smaller movements.
The bar will be open for drinks.
