United HomeCare® will hold its 29th Annual Claude Pepper Awards on Thursday, May 9, 2024 honoring the memory of Florida Senator Claude Denson Pepper (1900-1989), one of Florida’s finest citizens and public servants.
Claude Pepper’s legacy to this country was his belief that we should live in a world in which all people can pursue a better life with equal opportunity. He believed healthcare in the home and community was indispensable and worked toward improvements in these services until his death. We are privileged to honor his dedication and his memory.
The signature event benefits United HomeCare®, a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization helping families care for their aging relatives and Miami-Dade’s most vulnerable older and disabled adults for over 50 years.
