Open to all children K - 12 who reside in Warren County. Learn about potting your own planter and then entering it in the Warren County Fair Youth Horticultural II Division. Children residing in surrounding counties may attend class but not eligible to enter the Warren County Fair. At this free class you will learn about selecting plants, pots, maintenance of your plants, and grooming your entries for the Warren County Fair. You will have hands on experience in preparing your soil, selecting a plant, and potting it to take home with you.
Please register online no later than ​Friday, May 15th at ackworthgardenclub.blogspot.com. Select the Special Events tab, then Youth Container Gardening Class for details and registration link.
Warren County Fair Youth Division
New classes were added to the Warren County 2025 Fair Youth Horticulture II division for sunflowers and the most creative flower container. Please refer to the Warren County 2026 Fair Book Flower section for details.
