2025 USA Powerlifting NorCal Ladies of iron

Welcome to the 4th Annual NorCal Ladies of Iron! This event has two aspects to it. Each interested meet director will run a women-only event on the same date. Scoring will be done via LiftingCast. This will allow all competitors to compete against women all over the United States at the same time without being in the same place. Each lifter will also compete against the lifters at their local event. Awards and placings will be given to those on location as well as the nationwide placings (United Ladies of Iron).
Each local event will award the top 3 places in each weight class and age division In addition, the top 3 in each weight class and age division will be awarded to the winners of United Ladies of Iron.
Each event offers Full Powerlifting, Bench only, Deadlift only and Push Pull.
Divisions offered will be Y1-3, T1-3, Jr, O, M1 (40-49), M2 (50-59), M3 (60-69), M4 (70-79), Disabled Athlete, Para-Bench, Raw, Raw with Wraps and Equipped.
No Military or Police divisions.
Scoring will be done by total.

PARKING:

• SATCO Parking lot
• Please watch “No Parking” Signage. Street parking is available on further streets, not the immediate streets.
• Please leave nothing valuable or visible in your car.

USA POWERLIFTING CODE OF CONDUCT

COACHES:

• Your coach will either need to be a current USA Powerlifting member OR fill out the Waiver Here. They will need to show EITHER their membership card OR SIgned waiver when checking in along with a government issued photo ID.
• NO HATS are allowed in the competition area for anyone. This is at all level meets.

• We have an official videographer and photographer for our competition. Breaking PR’s is the Official Media for Bratpack Productions and approved by USA Powerlifting. Please order your packages. Tag us in your media so that we can highlight you on our social media!
• If there is someone with commercial video or photography equipment in the venue, we will ask them to leave. Please let your family and friends know this. Photo and Video Package info is above. Please follow them on IG: Breaking PRs
• Friends and family wishing to take photos with a phone or regular camera may.

• - ---- Livestream is a courtesy for those who cannot attend in person. It is self-learned and funded and I cannot control the WiFI, even though I pay a LOT to try to keep it up. Sound is usually off so that the sites do not take it down due to music copyright. Once it is pulled, I cannot get it back up. So, the lifters / audience get priority
