Together, we’ll walk, run, and rally to help grant life-changing wishes for local children battling critical illnesses.
This year’s event features both a 5K race and a 1-mile scenic walk through downtown St. Louis!
Whether you’re running for a personal best or walking alongside friends and family, every step you take helps bring hope, strength, and joy to wish kids and their families.
The morning will include pre-race festivities, games, entertainment, and inspiring wish stories that showcase the power of a wish and the incredible community that makes them possible.
Our goal is to help grant more wishes for children fighting critical illnesses right here in Missouri and Kansas — and we can’t do it without you.
