2026 SOM Basic Sciences Departmental Research Forum
Join us for an afternoon of research, discovery, and connection at the 2026 UC Davis School of Medicine Basic Sciences Departmental Research Forum.
This in-person event brings together faculty from four Basic Sciences departments: Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine (BMM), Cell Biology and Human Anatomy (CBHA), Pharmacology, and Physiology and Membrane Biology (PMB). The program features faculty presentations across four research sessions: Cellular and Molecular Biology, Cardiovascular Physiology, Neuroscience and Neural Biology, and Cancer Biology and Drug Development.
Each presenter will share an overview of their research program, current projects, and opportunities for collaboration, making this a meaningful opportunity to learn what colleagues across departments are working on and to identify potential partnerships.
The forum will conclude with a networking and social hour. Limited to 220 attendees — early RSVP encouraged!
