School of Hard Knocks: MTR Edition is a two-day experience in San Diego built for operators who are done with fluff and ready for the real stuff. Whether you're just getting started or you're managing a portfolio and hitting walls, this event meets you where you are and pushes you further.

DAY 1 — VIP SUNSET YACHT CRUISE Tuesday, June 2 | 6:00–8:00 PM PT San Diego Harbor
Start the experience right. VIP ticket holders set sail on an intimate sunset dinner cruise (with open bar) limited to just 25 guests — your first chance to connect with panelists, operators, and fellow attendees in the most relaxed, unguarded setting possible. DAY 2 — MAIN EVENT: GENERAL ADMISSION Wednesday, June 3 | 11:00 AM–4:00 PM PT Negociant Winery, San Diego
