NEW FOR NM TRANSCON 2026: THE OFFICIAL EVENT APP - GUIDEBOOK
We’re excited to introduce the Guidebook Event App for the first time at NM TransCon! This app will serve as the central hub for attendees, featuring schedules, maps, announcements—and dedicated visibility for our sponsors and vendors. Booth participants will have new opportunities to connect with attendees before, during, and after the conference through enhanced digital exposure in addition to their in-person presence. The event app will replace the printed program. While we know some attendees enjoy a printed program, this year we’re transitioning to the Guidebook Event App to offer real-time updates, improved accessibility, and a more sustainable conference experience.
EVENTBRITE FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NM TRANSCON 2026
The event management website, Eventbrite, charges a service fee per ticket to host our event. That fee is 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket. Eventbrite also charges a 2.9% credit card transaction fee per ticket. The conference absorbs these fees. However, should you need to cancel your vendor or sponsor registration, the conference must still pay these fees. Accordingly, refunds will be available through March 20, 2026 (less service and credit card fees). After March 20, refunds are not available. Note that it may take one month or more for the university to refund a payment that was made by check.
