The 2026 Muskogee Azalea Festival Parade will be held Downtown in Muskogee on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 at 1:00 PM. With this year being the 250th anniversary of the USA, the theme for the parade is 'Scenes from America'. The Azalea Festival Parade is brought to you by MUSKOGEE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT, and is sponsored by ST FRANCIS HOSPITAL-MUSKOGEE

FULL INFO - MUSKOGEE AZALEA PARADE GUIDELINES
General:
Location: Downtown Muskogee; Broadway from 2nd to 6th Streets. Announcing stand at Broadway Green midway between 3rd & 4th Streets on Broadway.
No controversial, political, or special causes that will detract from the Muskogee Azalea Parade.
No preaching, lecturing, or dissemination of dogma, creed, or religion by parade participants.
Parade Lineup Directions
Lineup numbers and directions to the lineup area will be sent by email or regular mail on Fri, March 27.
Marching Bands:
Marching bands will be judged in one division.
Float Maximum Dimensions:
Width: 15 feet
Heights: 14 feet
Length: 50 feet with towing vehicle
VIPS, Horses, and other entries not in competition
VIPS – for the purposes of the parade, VIPs are considered to be celebrities, public officials currently in office, dignitaries, and pageant winners.
Horses, Livestock – Must provide your own litter removal.
Others (car clubs, political campaigns, businesses, individuals) – Should decorate to the theme or to the Azalea Festival except in the case of classic cars, collectibles, antiques, etc.
Judging and Announcing Stand:
The judging/announcing stand will be located between 3rd and 4th on Broadway Street. Participants may perform at the judging stand. Performances should not be longer than 30 seconds as it can stall the parade.

-Best Commercial Float
-Best Non Commercial Float
-Theme Award
-Best Dance Unit or Drill Team
-Best Marching Band
(The Muskogee Azalea Parade trophies will be presented at approximately 1:00 PM at the announcing stand on Broadway between 3rd and 4th Streets. (Trophies not picked up will be available at the Muskogee Parks & Recreation Department the following week.)
