The 2026 Murph Challenge will take place on Memorial Day honoring LT Michael P. Murphy with a workout consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run. We will be meeting at 10:30am on 5/25 at Mirror Lake in Eden Park to begin this workout challenge.
Members and non-members of Title are welcomed to participate FREE. Be sure to text the club 513-579-9300 to confirm your spot!
