Fees: Full Fee payable on or before May 17, 2026. This is the annual Malcolm X Center for Self Determination / WMXP annual fundraiser. The Malcolm X Center and WMXP-LP/95.5FM are community owned, funded, non-profit, grassroots, volunteer operated community human rights resources. ALL proceeds used for community projects.

Sponsorship opportunity will allow you to target a diverse audience of more than 90,000 people with 2 to 3 generations of all ages. Over the years, this event has attracted hundreds of individuals, businesses, non-profit and community based organizations. Sponsorship will also include 30+ days of online promotion and precence by The Black Company LLC.

Non-food vendor $ 125.00

Food Vendor $ 175.00

Non-profit $25.00 (INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION ONLY/NO SALES)

Performers $20.00

Young Entrepreneurs $25; (ages 7-13) will share table space to sell, display items, or share information about their businesses, crafts, business ideas, or services. Full size space will be charged at standard rates. Parents/Guardians are responsible for making sure children are supervised by an adult. They may not be dropped off, left unattended; must bring own table.

FULL FEE DUE: Saturday May 16, 2026; CashApp $StolenLives LATE FEE: $15:00.

ALL FEES NON-REFUNDABLE, EVENT IS RAIN or SHINE

10" x 10" Spaces assigned by payment order. Vendor provides own tables, tents, equipment, generators for electricity, etc. Fire extinguisher and grease disposal plan required for food vendors. Set up time begins at 7am and ends at 10am. Vehicles will not be allowed in the festival area after 1pm so please come on time so that you may unload conveniently. Breakdown begins at festival end time. Food vendors will need to stop all fryers and grills in enough time to meet the same conditions and have their booth broken down and packed up by 9pm. The park closes at 9pm.
