Every summer, the Friends of the Waisman Center gather for a day of golf with a purpose—and we’d love for you to join us!
Mark your calendar for Monday, August 3, 2026, at Maple Bluff Country Club for the Friends of the Waisman Center Golf Benefit. This signature event raises essential funds to support individuals and families living with developmental disabilities such as autism and Down syndrome, as well as neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
The day includes:
n Lunch at 11:00 a.m.n Shotgun start at noonn Dinner and awards by 6:00 p.m.
Your participation matters now more than ever. The need for Waisman Center services continues to grow as families navigate complex challenges and seek hope and answers. Every dollar raised helps sustain critical clinical care, research breakthroughs, and outreach programs that transform lives.
There are many ways to get involved—as a golfer, sponsor, or advocate. Details are included in the enclosed registration form.
Help us fill the tee sheet and spread the word! Together, we can drive change and build brighter futures FORE individuals with disabilities and their families.
We hope you’ll join us for a day of camaraderie, competition, and compassion—because your support makes all the difference.

Schedule for the Day:
• 10:30-11:15 a.m. Arrive and register; purchase raffle tickets and mulligan; pick up tees, and receive a drink ticket for a complimentary beverage on the course or at the bar
• 11:00 a.m. Box lunches are served
• 11:45 a.m. All golfers depart clubhouse
• 12:00 p.m. Everyone will tee off in a shotgun start
• 4:30–5:00 p.m. Golfers finish their rounds; meet at clubhouse for buffet and reception
