The New Year Frequency Upgrade Workshop is a once-a-year live session designed to help you reset and prepare your system for the year ahead.

Held only once each year, this 2-hour experience offers a deeper, focused sound therapy session to help you start the year feeling more grounded, clear, and settled.

This workshop can be attended:

• As a standalone foundation experience, or
• As part of the Sirius Transformation Membership

A live, guided session led by Michele Chong, Founder of The Sirius Sound™. A practical and experiential session with science-based skills that help you:

• Understand your own frequency patterns
• Learn how to plan your 2026 actions, pacing, and priorities based on your internal state, not willpower alone
• An integrative approach drawing from sound, rhythm, and traditional insights
