About this Event
Join the East Coast Chapter Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. (ECCTAI) for an inspiring morning celebrating student achievement, opportunity and legacy.
Celebrating Rising Leaders
The Annual Youth Recognition Breakfast Fundraiser is dedicated exclusively to honoring youth:
- College scholarship recipients
- Students in the Herbert H. Jones Jr. Youth in Aviation Program (HHJ YIAP)
- Students from the Southern Maryland YIAP partner program
For many of these students, ECCTAI provides their first opportunity to step into a cockpit—and envision a future in aviation and aerospace.
Keynote Speaker
We are honored to welcome Lt. Col. Glen Fraser (USAF, Ret.) as our keynote speaker. A distinguished aviation leader, Lt. Col. Fraser has logged more than 22,000 flight hours worldwide and served as Assistant Chief Pilot at United Airlines. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he has dedicated his career to mentoring future aviators and expanding access to aviation opportunities. He is also a co-founder of the Lee Archer Red Tail Youth Flying Program, and a leader in scholarship and youth development initiatives.
Investing in the Future of Aviation
This event is both a celebration and a fundraiser supporting ECCTAI’s Youth in Aviation Program and scholarship fund.
Your support helps provide:
- Academic scholarships

- Access to flight education and career pathways
In 2024, ECCTAI awarded $15,000 in scholarships and supported students preparing for the FAA private pilot written exam—critical first steps toward careers in aviation.
