The Annual Spring Parade of Homes is here, and the Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association is proud to celebrate 34 years of showcasing the craftsmanship and innovation of our local builders.
This year, 37 beautifully designed homes will be open for you to tour. Each home highlights unique styles, thoughtful layouts, and the latest trends in both interior and exterior design. Whether you're actively building, planning for the future, or simply looking for inspiration, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at any Parade home. Online ticket options via Venmo will also be available at each location. Each ticket provides access to all homes for all four days of the event. Children 18 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
