The San Diego (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is pleased to announce the 2026 Black Family Wellness Expo, a family friendly community-driven event designed to address health and economic disparities and promote wellness in the Black community. The expo will take place on March 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Bayview Church of San Diego.
This event is FREE to the public. Advanced registration is preferred, but not required to attend.
The Black Family Wellness Expo is part of a nationwide initiative by The Links, Incorporated, aimed at improving outcomes for Black families across the United States. The expos, held throughout the month of March, leverage the collective power of The Links' membership to provide valuable resources and services to communities in need.
Join us for a day filled with exciting activities, including workshops, health and wellness tips, dental and medical information, and fun fitness demonstrations. This event is for everyone—bring the whole family and be part of a day dedicated to your well-being and personal growth!
What to Expect at the 2026 Black Family Wellness Expo!
This community collaboration with the San Diego Chapter’s National Trends and Services and Health and Human Services Facets prioritizes the following focus areas for this expo:

- Financial Literacy - Build smart money habits and strengthen your money skills for a more secure future.
- Health and Wealth Connection - Discover how financial stability supports lifelong health and well being.
- AARP: Thriving at 50+ - Explore health, wellness, and financial resources for every stage of life.
- Responding to the Drug Epidemic - Empowering our community to prevent and combat substance misuse.
Connect and Support
This year we're collaborating with community organizations, and we would love to have you and your organization join us. As trusted leaders and stewards within our community, your partnership is essential to strengthening collaboration, visibility, and impact.
A $50 vendor fee is required (includes (one) 6-foot table, and (two) chairs); additional fee required for additional table(s), chair(s). No outside chairs allowed inside the MLK Jr. Center. Vendors are asked to provide materials and/or information to share with attendees.
