Join Us at the Authors of Color Book Fair!
Join us for a powerful day celebrating literacy, culture, and community at Carvd N Stone Foundation's 2026 Authors of Color Book Fair.
This free, family-friendly event is designed to increase access to books written by authors of color while creating a space where community, storytelling, and joy come together.
📚 What to expect:
- Hundreds of FREE books for all ages and reading levels
- Books organized like a mini library by genre and age group
- Local author activations
- Live DJ setting the vibe throughout the day
- Free horse rides for everyone
- Community resources and local organizations
Since launching the book drive, we’ve already collected 200+ books that will be distributed at this event, and we’re just getting started.
This event is more than a book fair; it’s about representation, access, and making sure every child and family sees themselves in the stories they read.
