Lest We Forget. Every year we hold a memorial service, which is a replica of the original service set up by the 20th Battalion Association to honour their comrades who did not return from WW2.
We ask you to join us again this Anzac Day, Saturday 25 April, as we pay tribute to the soldiers of the 20th Battalion and Armoured Regiment.
It is held beside the 20th Battalion Association monument at Jane Deans Close at 9.00 am and is supported by the Salvation Army band. You are welcome to stay after the service to chat with the family, friends, and descendants of the 20th Battalion soldiers.
Everyone is welcome and we ask you to share our event with extended family and friends that may be interested in taking the time to pay their respects to all those men who put their lives in jeopardy in order that we could live our lives in peace.
