The Art & Science of Being Yourself is an experiential workshop specifically designed to lead you beyond your comfort zone and onto a path of self-discovery—providing the time and space needed to uncover your truth.
- ART (morning): A fun and creative exploration into your deepest desires and what matters most to you.
- SCIENCE (afternoon): A mindful inquiry into thinking patterns that might be blocking you.
