2025 STEM Excellence Award by Asia Chamber of America

The Asia Chamber of America is proud to announce the launch of applications for our Annual STEM Excellence Award. This prestigious award recognizes and celebrates outstanding talent, innovation, and achievement in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

We are seeking passionate students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs to present their groundbreaking ideas and compete for the grand award.

Who Should Apply?We encourage applications from:

• High School and University Students
• Graduate Researchers
• Early-Stage Tech Entrepreneurs
• Anyone with a passion for STEM and a project or idea that can make a difference.

Application Criteria:Applicants are invited to submit a proposal for a:

• Science Project (e.g., original research, experiment, or study)
• Technological Innovation (e.g., software, app, hardware prototype)
• Engineering Design (e.g., solution to a real-world problem, new device)
• Mathematical Model (e.g., novel algorithm, data analysis project)

Submission Guidelines:

1. Project Abstract: A 300-word summary of your project/idea, explaining its objective, methodology, and potential impact.
2. Applicant Bio: A brief personal biography (150 words) and contact information.
3. Visuals (Optional but encouraged): You may include diagrams, photos, or a link to a short (3-minute) video presentation.

Submission Deadline: November 8, 2025Finalists Notification: November 12, 2025

Finalists will be invited to present their projects at the award ceremony. Finalists (4) will have a table to showcase their projects. Sponsorships are welcome at Gold ($1500), Silver ($800), and Bronze ($300) levels. Winners of the award will receive:

1. First place: a travel package to Asia in the value of $3800 for the summer of 2026.
2. Second place: an online course package in the value of $1200, valid for 2026.
3. Third place: souvenirs in the value of $500 by sponsors.
