Save the Dates: The Smithsonian Craft Show is the country’s premier showcase for the finest in hand-crafted, American, artisanal works. The Craft Show activities include the Preview Night Party on April 23 with a Smithsonian Visionary Artist Ceremony and Reception, an on-line auction, and special events.Hosted by the Smithsonian Women’s Committee the Smithsonian Craft Show is a fund-raiser with proceeds awarded to the Smithsonian Institution via grants. To date, the organization has awarded over 14 million dollars back to the Institution.
