About this Event
At Kids’ Chance, our purpose is simple: give kids of workers who have been injured on the job a chance at a better future. It’s a mission we cannot fulfill without the support of a passionate community.
The 2025 Kids’ Chance National Conference brings that community together to empower our volunteers, recognize the support of our leaders and partners, and celebrate what matters most — our kids.
Join us in Denver! Kids’ Chance of America cordially invites the entire Kids’ Chance community to gather at Westin Denver Downtown in Denver, Colorado, from April 7-9 for the 2025 Kids’ Chance National Conference.

Some Highlights
Monday. Kids’ Chance of America welcomes you to Denver!
Start the conference with the State Delegate Welcome Luncheon, featuring the always-anticipated Introduction of States. All state organizations are encouraged to proudly showcase their best swag! A panel discussion focusing on the support needs of students and their families will follow the luncheon. The day will conclude with our traditional Welcome Reception.
Tuesday. Connect with the Kids’ Chance Community.
Begin the day with table-top conversations, followed by a presentation on branding and attracting donors. The Founder’s Luncheon will honor KCOA’s founder, Robert M. Clyatt. The day will conclude with the President’s Reception, followed by the National Conference Dinner and Awards Presentation.
Wednesday. Students are our Mission - Experience the Power of the Kids’ Chance Community.
The final day features the Annual Meeting, where we will celebrate the achievements of states that have reached new milestones. The conference will conclude with a motivational speaker, followed by self-directed activities. Box lunches will be available to grab & go. Make sure you cross the conference finish line!
Kids’ Chance encourages states to send as many board members as possible. Feedback from board members always is positive about how they wished they had known about this to come sooner. There is such synergy and growth by having more board members. We also extend an invitation to the rest of the Kids’ Chance community, including our national partners and their teams, our conference sponsors, workers’ compensation industry members, and anyone else who supports our mission. The suggested contribution for all attendees is $250 per person, which helps offset the rising food and beverage costs associated with the conference. (For state delegates, this contribution is voluntary for those who can participate.) The dress code for all conference events is business casual.
