On 11 January 2026, the winemakers behind the 2025 Hacking the Future of Shiraz Project will be at Inkwell Wines, hosting a series of 45-minute masterclasses and pouring their 2025 Hacking wines.
Each session brings you face-to-face with the producers as they present their individual interpretations of Shiraz, all made from Australia’s first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard. Expect thoughtful, fresh and sometimes unexpected expressions of Shiraz.
This is the second annual public release of the Hacking project and one of the very few chances to purchase a mixed six-pack containing wines from multiple producers, all sourced from the same vineyard.
Session times: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm
Bookings are essential.
