Over the past decade, AABR has championed Asian American leadership, highlighting their growing influence as executives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.

As one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S., Asian Americans are shaping workplaces through innovation, diversity, and a global perspective, and this year’s Roundtable celebrates this remarkable journey.

We've invited a distinguished group of Asian American women in senior leadership to share their career journey experiences, exploring the dimensions of intersectional identity, stereotypes and bias, representation and visibility, networking and mentorship, career development and advancement, advocacy and allyship, work-life integration, and mental health and wellbeing. Our panel will share targeted approaches and strategies they have used to help pave the way for the success and advancement of other women emerging leaders in the workplace. They will also discuss the importance of Asian American women in senior executive positions to help other Asian American women thrive as they ascend professional ladders.
