小团活动：付费游客不超过 6 人
交通、住宿、餐饮等后勤事务由游客自理。

第一日（周六）单项 (1) 参观美国国家历史博物馆

凡为游客者须接受以下条件：
All tourists must agree to the following terms and conditions:
一、游客承诺遵守相关法律和此次所游之处的规则。
1. The tourist promises to obey relevant laws and the rules of the places toured on this occasion.
二、游客承诺守当地礼节，穿着、言行得体朴素，维护文明形象。
2. The tourist promises to follow local etiquette, to be proper and modest in dress and appearance, and to act and speak in a manner becoming of a gentleman/lady.
三、若游客违背上述承诺，导游方有权当场拒绝服务，取消游客在团资格，并无退款或其它义务。
3. If the tourist breaks any of the abovementioned promises, the tour guide party shall have the right to refuse service on the spot and expel the tourist from the tour group, without being obligated to give refund or to do anything else.
四、游客同意，若游客未能得到此次所购买的服务，无论原因，导游方对游客的义务都不会超出全额退款；若其任何原因在游客控制之内，则导游方没有退款义务。
4. The tourist agrees that if the tourist is unable to receive the service purchased on this occasion, irrespective of the cause, the tour guide party’s obligation shall never exceed a full refund; if any such cause was within the tourist’s control, then the tour guide party shall have no obligation to give refund.
五、导游方非旅行社，只负责导游, 不负责交通、住宿、餐饮等后勤事务。
5. The tour guide party is not a travel agency (also known as “seller of travel”), and is only responsible for tour guiding, not for such logistical matters as transportation, lodging, food and drink, etc.
六、导游方经过第三方进行广告、通信、售票以及其它工作, 并在第三方地点进行导游；游客若由于来自任何第三方的直接或间接缘故遭受损失，不追究导游方任何责任。
6. The tour guide party conducts advertising, communications, ticket selling, and other work via third party (or parties), and conducts tour guiding at third-party locations; the tourist holds the tour guide party harmless for any loss or damage incurred due to cause(s) stemming directly or indirectly from any third party.
七、未满 18 岁的游客须有其法定监护人为此次本团游客; 该监护人须全程在场监护；导游方不负责对任何人的监护。
7. Any tourist under the age of 18 must have his (or her) legal guardian as a tourist of the tour group on this occasion; the said legal guardian must be present and on-site providing guardianship at all times; the tour guide party is not responsible for the guardianship of any person.
