Best known to audiences as ‘Rebecca Welton’ in the award-winning Apple TV+ series “Ted Lasso”, Waddingham has garnered Emmy and Critics Choice wins, as well as two Golden Globe and SAG nominations for this role. For her work in theater, Waddingham has received three Olivier nominations for her roles in Kiss Me Kate as Kate/Lilli Vanessi, A Little Night Music as Desiree Armfeldt, and Monty Python's Spamalot as The Lady of The Lake. In addition to her work on “Ted Lasso,” Waddingham can also be seen in Dan Harmon’s FOX animated series “Krapopolis,” the show debuted as the highest-rated animated series in over a decade. Additional television credits include Netflix’s “Sex Education” and HBO’s “ Game of Thrones.”Waddingham’s upcoming feature film projects include Universal’s action film, The Fall Guy, with an ensemble led by Ryan Gosling and includes Emily Blunt and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. In addition, Waddingham will be seen in Sony Pictures' upcoming release of the animated adaptation of Garfield opposite Chris Pratt and Samuel L. Jackson and opposite Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part Two, releasing in 2025.
