The stigma surrounding mental illness keeps many people who have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, or other mental health challenges from seeking help. It is our goal to educate the community at large about mental health issues and support to help reduce stigma as well as provide resources.Join us for this family-fun community event that will include vendors, food, music, and exercise, as Eustress aims to break down barriers and build awareness in minority communities.
