Requirements for Living, Prevailing, and Wage Theft Programs - 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

The purpose of this training is to provide requirements for Living/Prevailing Wage as outlined in Section 00830 of all construction contracts, in addition to the Wage Theft Program.

Construction Contracting Methods: Competitive Sealed Proposal, Job Order Contracting, Construction Manager at Risk, and Design-Build - 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The purpose of this training is to ensure vendors are provided the appropriate information and resources to successfully compete for, and perform on, City of Austin construction contracts.
