AAGIS is happy to announce that the conference is returning this year! Join us for our annual professional conference taking place at the beautiful Double Tree by Hilton located near the San Antonio Airport.
- Day 1 (September 25) will consist of two concurrent training courses with a delicious mid-day lunch included. The two full-day courses - TBD!
- Day 2 (September 26) will be your usual conference day experience. See the agenda for a play by play breakdown.
Prices are as follows:
Wednesday, 9/20 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Training Course #1 - TBD , $400
- Training Course #2 - TBD, $400
Thursday, 9/21 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Conference Day Ticket, $125 for general, and $50 for presenter and student.

- Silver $250: Table and one included registration
- Gold $500 (SOLD OUT): Breakout room sponsor (sign on door, option to introduce yourself before each session in that room), table, two included registrations
- Platinum $1,000 (SOLD OUT): Cocktail Reception Sponsor (Speak at cocktail reception, advertising there), table, three included registrations
- Title Sponsor $2,500 (SOLD OUT): Prime Advertising, double table, introduction at lunch/keynote, drawing of door prizes, sponsor of scholarship, five included registrations
