Hello, NYC! In this training, we dive deep into the art of holding space for deep relaxation. Creating a safe, calm environment and assisting with the release of tension and trauma for deep healing. All levels welcome. This training will give you the confidence to hold space for others and for yourself.

20-HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

As we round an incredibly powerful year and head towards winter solstice, we are honored to host an unforgettable 2-day live and online restorative yoga teacher certificate training.

This training will give you the confidence to hold space, teaching restorative with or without props. Teaching different types of bodies, prenatal, recovery and injuries as we work through many different modifications and ways to support the body, meeting each student where they are at.

At the heart of the holistic practices within the training is a commitment to transformative and heart-centered whole-person wellbeing. Drawing from the knowledge amassed by Micheline, renowned yoga, fitness, and wellness trainer, across a variety of practices, participants will learn well-researched wellness, restorative, and healing practices and tools in a space of intentional collective care. Tap in through powerful and life-changing discovery through a combination of yoga, energy work, and sound healing to create a safe space to heal and grow.

IT TAKES A VILLAGE

The home of our weekend wellness training is Chloe Day School & Wellness Center. In support of the Center’s generous “Week of Gratitude” initiative, a portion of the proceeds from our weekend training will go to a local senior center who will provide seniors impacted by Snap cuts $25.00 holiday grocery cards from a local grocer.
