About this Event
Take a mindful pause and join us for a 30–45 minute guided meditation focused on self-produced humming vibrations, gentle chanting, and breath awareness. This soothing practice helps calm the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.
After the meditation, stay for an optional social time to connect with others—inside or outside the library, depending on the weather.
What to expect:
- Humming-based (self) sound meditation
- Gentle chanting for relaxation
- Breath-focused mindfulness
- A welcoming, inclusive environment—no prior experience needed
