This course gives you the skills to support young people's mental health, understand the early warning signs and provide first aid. The training is in-depth but our experienced instructors keep this light and incredibly thought-provoking.

Who should take take these courses? Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.

You will learn about common conditions including anxiety, depression and self-harm and gain skills to talk to young people about their mental health and guide them to appropriate support. The course's core principles are built around effective, early intervention and accessing the right support.
