Course format
- The format is a 2-day course where you arrive in the morning and leave in the evening, so it is not a residential retreat.
- Expect approx. 8-9 hours per day, with time allocated for breaks and lunch.
- The course includes guided meditations, wisdom teachings, breathing practices, and Deeksha.
- This is not a yoga retreat. However, we will include some simple body movement just to support ourselves during the day.
- The course language is English.
- Please participate only if you can attend both full days to receive the full experience.

Refund policy:
- Full refund until 15th of April (1 month prior event)
- 50% refund until 8th of May (1 week prior event)
- No refund from 9th of May
