This course comprises of two full days and this booking enrols you onto the two days of this course:
Day 1: Thursday 10th October 2024
Day 2: Thursday 24th October 2024
This new programme is PCI accredited and on completion of this course you will receive 16 points toward your continued personal development (CPD).
The SMT will deliver this health coaching to Whittington Health staff and HCP’s across Islington & Haringey.
The focus on this two-day programme is to support practitioners from all health, care, community and voluntary sectors to learn how to use a health coaching approach effectively in their current roles.
It will support practitioners to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to integrate health coaching into their current roles to support personalised care and encourage self-management and shared decision making.
It will provide practitioners with the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the principles of health coaching and behaviour change, while providing a practical set of tools that they can apply immediately in their work.
