Over two empowering days, you’ll learn how to break free from unhelpful self-criticism, build genuine self-belief, and take confident action in the areas of life that matter most to you — whether that’s work, relationships, boundaries, or personal goals.
In a small and intimate group of women, you’ll benefit from shared experiences, guided reflection, practical tools, and encouragement in a safe and supportive space.
Course outcomes
