Adobo de Puerco con Arroz Verde
Pork shoulder slowly cooked in adobo sauce, served over poblano green rice

Chocoflan al Tequila
Velvety flan layered over rich chocolate cake, drizzled with 1953 Tequila infused caramel and topped with a cherry compote
