18-Hour Yoga Alignment + Hands-On Assists Training

Do you ever wonder if your posture alignment is correct?
This 18-hour training, designed for both teachers and dedicated students, will cover detailed asana alignment, how to tailor postures to fit your unique anatomy, as well as how to observe practitioners to help determine the best variation for their body.
We’ll address common injury-prone cues and explore why some traditional alignment instructions have been updated. Hands-on adjustments will also be woven throughout the training.
This mini training offers a glimpse into part of the content taught in Module 1 of the 300-hour training starting in January. These hours can be applied toward the full 300-hour training.
This training is open to both teachers and dedicated practitioners.
Course Date and Times:

• Friday 9/11: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM (3-hours)
• Saturday 9/12 & Sunday 9/13: 11am - 6:30pm (15 Hours)
