15th Anniversary of Abolishing Death Penalty

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Illinois abolishing the death penalty. In celebration of this milestone, world-renowned anti-death penalty activist Sr. Helen Prejean and DePaul University are honoring former Gov. Pat Quinn and his role in championing a consistent ethic of life.
