About this Event
This free, family-friendly celebration brings the community together with more of everything you love—cultural performances, art vendors, food trucks, interactive art activities, and MIKIZTLI’s largest community altar (ofrenda) to date. Enjoy an evening of mariachi, ballet folklórico, hands-on arts & crafts, face painting, and an open-air mercado of amazing local artists.
Come early to experience the traditional Danza Mexica opening ceremony. Stay late for the unforgettable community procession led by “Las Flacas,” the towering 8-foot animated skeleton puppets—ending in a live-music celebration dance party under the stars.
