Welcome to the Ruck Training Sessions.These events are designed to train your endurance and strength to prepare you for upcoming Ottawa Ruck Club challenges.
We are moving to the next phase of training. We will pick up our pace a little and increasing our distance. Over the next few months we will build up the distance and pace to prepare for the 12-mile challenge in June.
For this session we will be completing the following:
Distance: 9 miles
Pace: 15:45 -17 mins/mile
Weight in ruck: 35 lbs
