Reset and realign for the year ahead

Piotr returns to Social Yoga on 11 January for a breathwork journey shaped around the energy of the 11:1 portal. This session brings together movement, breath and inner reflection to help you release what feels heavy and step into the new year with a clearer sense of direction. Our previous evenings with Piotr were fully booked and brought a beautiful mix of returning favourites and new faces. If this one fills again, we will add a second session so nobody misses out.

We begin with a short phase of dynamic somatic movement to warm the body and open the breath. This helps you arrive, shake off the day and build enough momentum for the deeper breathwork to unfold. From there, Piotr will guide you through conscious breathing, gentle release work and an inner inquiry linked to the symbolism of the 11:1 portal. There is no expectation around what you should feel or experience. You are welcome to approach the practice in whatever way serves you.

The studio has everything you need to feel supported. We provide premium mats, bolsters, blankets and all props. Refreshments are available to purchase, filtered water is free and on tap, and changing facilities and a shower are available if needed.

You will explore simple breathwork, gentle somatic release and a guided inner reflection connected to the 11:1 portal. The session is unhurried and accessible, with time to settle in at the start and space to integrate at the end. No previous experience is required.

Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable: warm layers, socks, a favourite cushion or supportive item, and a water bottle if you want one.
We provide all mats, bolsters, blankets and props.
Filtered water is free, and refreshments are available to purchase on site.
Changing facilities and a shower are available if needed.
