11/26 Restore Yoga

Restore yoga classes stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. We will focus on releasing tension and restoring balance and harmony through gentle stretches and extended holds with support of props (provided). Class may include the use of crystal sound bowls during final rest to enhance relaxation. All levels and abilities welcome.
