Join us in Dublin for the milestone 10th edition of the GIG-ARTS conference. Hosted by Dublin City University (DCU), this year’s event brings together leading scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to tackle the defining challenge of our era: balancing digital innovation with the protection of fundamental rights.

As we look toward 2026, the governance of our digital futures requires a shift from short-term fixes to sustainable freedoms. This conference explores how rights and responsibilities are being redefined in an age of AI, algorithmic governance, and global data flows.
