Join us for the 10th Annual South Carolina Juneteenth Freedom Fest on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Finlay Park in Columbia, South Carolina.
This is more than a festival.
It is a cultural experience.
A family reunion.
A celebration of resilience.
A gathering rooted in history, community, wellness, entrepreneurship, education, and the future we owe ourselves.
For ten years, the South Carolina Juneteenth Freedom Fest has grown into one of the largest Juneteenth celebrations in the Carolinas, bringing together thousands of people from across the region for a professionally produced experience centered around culture, commerce, and community.
And Year Ten is different.
This year’s theme, “The Future We Owe Ourselves,” challenges us not only to honor the past, but to intentionally build what comes next.
Throughout the day, attendees will experience:
• Live bands, DJs, and nationally recognized performances
• Legendary headliner Midnight Star performing live
• The largest Juneteenth Swag Surf in the country featuring Fast Life Yungstaz
• The Youth Empowerment Zone featuring STEM, entrepreneurship, leadership, and youth engagement
• Nearly 80 vendors, small businesses, nonprofits, food vendors, financial institutions, and community organizations
• The South Carolina Juneteenth Black Farmers Market focused on ownership, sustainability, and economic circulation
• Health and wellness activations, recovery spaces, and community resources
• Family friendly experiences, cultural engagement, and unforgettable moments throughout the park
This is not symbolic.
This is what it looks like when a community intentionally creates space for visibility, opportunity, joy, ownership, and connection.
Whether you are a lifelong resident, returning home for the celebration, visiting Columbia, or bringing the entire family, you are welcome here.
Admission is FREE and open to the public.
