With over 20 years of experience in connecting bussiness strategy and goals to technical solutions and implementations, Nitya is an accomplished tech executive. She's worked in an array of geographies from the US to the UK, UAE, and Indida - to name a few. Nitya's professional background ranges from industries including telecom, e-commerce, and B2B marketplace for companies like Amazon, British Telecom, T-Mobile, and Tech Mahindra.

Nitya's years of experience have made her an expert in operational planning, revenue enablement, bussiness reporting & analytics, and technical infrastructure. At Amazon, Nitya served as the Head of GTM Technology and Operations, where she built and lead the GTM teams for Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment products.

Beyond her professional life, Nitya is dedicated to paying-it-forward for other women. She's a strong advocate for women navigating careers in STEM, and we are thrilled to bring her wisdom to 1,000 Dreams Fund's community.
