Spring Grand rising is based around the five element theory of the element Wood and the different connections to the liver, gallbladder, eyes, and sinews (tendons/ligaments), as well as new growth and transformation 🌱. We have some great offerings this time around, check them out below:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga is back! @ethericyogini is offering us a Kundalini Yoga class based around these organs of the liver and gallbladder. This energizing practice will invigorate the meridians of the body and invite us to awaken from the winter slumber. We’re exciting to be featuring her as a first time provider for @grandrisinghealthcare and check her out at @botanicbodyoga
💐 Alexandra @entheo_rose will guide us through a sensory meditation saturated in the ecological shift of the season. A warm breeze whispers once again of the hot, lush, & tropical environment of Florida. Bright green leaves adorn the oak trees as they coat us in their pollen, a reminder of the fertility that follows the death and decomposition of winter. Leaf buds push forth from the barren sticks of mulberries, and mango flowers hint at the proximity of summer’s sweet nectar. Let us revel in the aliveness that is all around, despite, in some cases because of the destruction that came before.

🍋 Fresh local Florida fruit, a seasonal offering from @floridafruitcoop. Come lavish in the abundance of Florida spring produce and try out some great fresh fruit from forest to farm stand.
🍵 Local tea offerings from both @steady_bough_tea and @serpentinesalua bringing in both traditional tea leaves as well as herbal tea options to help us awake into the spring season.
💆🏼‍♂️ Free 10minute massages to improve relaxation, detoxification, and blood flow. We’re excited to have @flyingfalcontherapies coming to the event with this giving offering. Spring is the perfect time to prioritize self care, so come early!
