Embroidered Photo Embellishment WorkshopWe’ll explore how simple hand embroidery can transform a photograph into a tactile, mixed-media artwork. Participants will embellish black-and-white photography using embroidery thread, learning how stitched lines can add movement, emphasis, and storytelling to an image.
This workshop begins with a brief introduction to materials, basic stitching techniques, and design tips. From there, students will work at their own pace, with guidance and support throughout the session.
What’s Included:
- Two 5×7 black & white photo prints (assorted images to choose from)
- One 5×7 frame (no glass, designed for textile work)
- Assorted embroidery thread and tools
- All supplies needed for the project
