🕓 16:00-16:55 🔥AFRO-CUBAN FUSION
Explore dynamic Afro-Cuban rhythms, grounded movement and expressive choreography that energises the body and spirit. In this open level high energy Afro-Cuban workshop you will become familiar with Yoruba - the fundamental orisha steps and overall body movements. It is great fun and a great workout too!

🕔 17:00-17:55 💃 LATIN DANCE
Feel the heat with a high-energy, easy-to-follow Latin dance steps that boost cardio, coordination and confidence. This is a follow-along Latin Dance solo style class focusing on continuous movement, endurance, rhythm, styling and FUN! If you love Latin music and you love to dance, then this workshop is for you! This high energy cardio workout has been inspired by Latin street dancing, using authentic Latin dance steps and moves.

🕕 18:00-18:55 ✨ PILATES STRETCH & FLOW
Lengthen, strengthen and mobilise the joints while activating the deep core muscles in this smooth calming mobility-based Pilates session. Using holistic approach to the movement, aim of the workshop is to relieve tight muscles and stress, improve the flexibility, posture, functional movement and balance.
Level: suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels
