This workshop will be led by Katie and will dedicate 3 hours to celebrating sisterhood sharing wisdom, stories and connection. There will be essential oils, movement, meditation, and deep relaxation to connect to your truest and most beautiful goddess within.
💫 Enter your sister circle with a sacred sage cleanse and share the magic of heart opening rose tea to connect to your fellow sisters through intention setting.
💫Expect an energising yoga flow and medicinal somatic movements including shaking to release anything that is holding you back.
💫We will use pranayama techniques to rejuvenate and empower mind, body and soul.
💫Herbal tea and a healthy, delicious plant-based snack will be provided.
💫We will complete with a dreamy deep relaxation with peppermint foot release.
🤍 Deeply relaxing will teach you that the most important thing you can do in a world that asks us to do more is to rest.
💗 You will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed with a sense of lightness and spaciousness in mind and body.
