•This is an adventure activity requiring moderate fitness, upper body, and core strength.
•Suggested weight guideline: 100–110 kg per person.
•Restriction is based on harness size and strap circumference, not weight alone.
•If you’re fit and in good shape, you’ll likely fit comfortably in the harness even above 100–110 kg.
🌦️ Weather Policy
•Tours operate in most weather conditions—be ready to gear up and have fun!
•We monitor forecasts closely and may cancel/refund/reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
•Decisions are made as early as possible, but mountain weather can change quickly.
•If you prefer to cancel/reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before your tour.
•Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice fall under our cancellation policy, unless we cancel the tour ourselves.
⏰ Arrival & Timing
•Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your tour time.
•Tours start promptly; late arrivals cannot join once the safety briefing has begun.
•🚫 No refunds for missed tours.
